Visit to R&D Center
The R&D center owned by the school was introduced with all the participants accompanied by the personnel of the institution and information was given about the R&D units. It was stated that the usage activities of the R&D center are very wide, it contains more than one laboratory, and the products obtained from the compost production facility of the laboratories are analyzed. In addition, with the garden-art workshop, examples of students improving their hand skills and recycling waste materials were seen on site. It was concluded that the GreenLab laboratory, which is currently in the R&D center, can form the basis for future projects in terms of sustainability.

The “Our Future: Useful Recovery” project presents the ecosystem of circularity and explains how actors collaborate and share knowledge on the circular economy. The project studies recycling options, innovative food waste solutions, and household and commercial garbage disposal into liquid organic fertiliser.
